The Digitus DS-55342 is an HDMI 2.1 extender set that carries 4K at 120Hz with 4:4:4 colour over a single Cat6 cable for up to 30 m, for high-refresh 4K screens that sit too far from the PC, console or media player for a normal HDMI cable.
Typical uses are a gaming or simulation screen in another room, a 4K/120Hz projector or TV across a large living space, and showroom displays. It supports HDCP 2.3 and HDR10, and bidirectional IR lets remotes work in both directions.
Before you order: Digitus specifies this set for 30 m. It is point-to-point: one continuous Cat6/Cat6A/Cat7 cable, no network switch. Both units need power — two 12V adapters are included.

The DS-55342 is for the one case older extenders cannot cover: 4K at 120Hz at a distance. Keep the run within 30 m and use good shielded copper from our Cat6A network cables range; with HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, a budget cable will show up as dropouts. If 60Hz is enough, a cheaper 4K/60Hz set will cover longer distances.
