The DIGITUS DN-97646 is a 1U 19-inch fixed shelf with variable-depth side rails, rated for 50 kg and designed for 800 mm deep network and server cabinets in light grey RAL 7035. It is intended for anyone who needs to place non-rackable equipment - a NAS, a desktop router, a mini PC, a modem or a small UPS - securely inside a deeper 19-inch cabinet.
The shelf bolts to the front and rear profile rails, so the weight is carried at four points and the tray stays level. The perforated steel base lets heat from the device rise through the shelf instead of being trapped underneath.
Before you order: DIGITUS specifies this shelf for 800 mm deep cabinets, with rails that extend up to 700 mm between the front and rear uprights. For 600 mm cabinets choose DN-97644 (grey) or DN-97645 (black); if your cabinet is black, the 800 mm black version is DN-97647.

What It Means in Practice
- Four-point fixing means a heavier device does not tip the back of the shelf down, which happens with front-only shelves in deep cabinets.

- It is not rated above 50 kg; heavy tower UPS units belong on the cabinet floor.
