DIGITUS DN-93816 is a shielded RJ45 keystone with tool-free termination, 360° shield contact and a dust cap. Designed for Cat 8.1 / Class I applications up to 2000MHz, it supports 25/40GBase-T over the specified short link lengths and suits ToR and MoR data-centre cabling.

Compatibility — check before buying:
25/40GBase-T is specified for permanent links up to 24m and complete channels up to 30m. The whole cable system and connected equipment must support the intended performance; this module alone does not upgrade a link.

That is outside the published limits for this application. The manufacturer specifies up to 24m permanent link and 30m channel link.
Which conductors can be terminated?
The stated range is 22–26 AWG for solid and stranded conductors, using the marked T568A or T568B wiring scheme.
Does one module guarantee Cat 8.1 performance?
No. Cable, patch cords, panel arrangement, termination and equipment all need to meet the intended system requirements. Follow the raw cable manufacturer installation instructions.
