The Digitus DN-48004 is a 4U 19-inch equipment wall mounting bracket in black sheet steel that holds up to 30 kg of rack-mount gear — patch panels, compact switches, cable managers or AV equipment — on a wall or under a desk, without the cost and footprint of a full cabinet.

It is delivered fully assembled. The open frame has 19-inch mounting profiles on both sides, four rack units of usable height and 151 mm of depth, which makes it a good fit for shallow equipment such as patch panels, keystone panels and desktop-depth 1U switches in offices, classrooms, shops and small comms corners.

• Wall anchors and wall screws are not part of the scope of delivery — choose fixings that suit your wall and the total load

• Four rack units of height: for example a 24-port patch panel, a 1U cable manager and a compact 1U switch, with 1U left for growth.
• Open design: ports and cables stay reachable from the front and top and airflow is not restricted — but there is no lock, so the equipment is not protected against tampering.
• Can be fixed vertically on a wall or horizontally under a desk or workbench.
• 30 kg is the published maximum load of the bracket; in practice your wall and the anchors you choose also set the limit.

• Equipment deeper than 151 mm — rack servers, NAS units, rack UPS and most managed or PoE switches are too deep.
• Devices that need rear support or 4-point mounting — the bracket holds equipment by its front 19-inch ears only.
• Keeping equipment locked away: there is no door, side panels or lock. For that choose a lockable wall cabinet.
• Dusty or damp locations — it is an open frame without an IP rating.
