Before you buy — compatibility note
Cat 6A (Class EA) carries 10GBASE-T and is fully backwards compatible with Gigabit and 2.5/5GBASE-T ports. The S/FTP shield only drains to earth with shielded panels, outlets and switch ports. DIGITUS publishes no PoE class for this cord; standard PoE/PoE+ over 0.5 m of AWG 26 copper is unproblematic, but check your switch for high-power 802.3bt. 0.5 m is a rack jumper length — measure before ordering.
