The DIGITUS Professional DN-19 TRAY-2-1000SW is a 1U, 19 inch extendible shelf for 1000 mm deep network and server cabinets that carries up to 65 kg and slides out up to 54 cm. It is meant for non-rackable equipment — desktop PCs, NAS units, small UPSs, modems or monitors — that still needs to be serviced from the front.
The shelf is made of perforated sheet steel for airflow, has a handle bar at the front, and is fixed at four points to the front and rear 19 inch rails. The adjustable mounting brackets span 665 to 770 mm between the front and rear profiles.
Before you order: Your cabinet must be 1000 mm deep with 19 inch front and rear rails 665–770 mm apart. For 600 or 800 mm cabinets, DIGITUS sells separate TRAY-2 lengths, and a fixed (non-extendible) shelf exists under TRAY-1.

What It Means in Practice
- Pull the shelf out to reach cables and ports at the back of a desktop device without unplugging it.
- Perforation lets heat rise through the shelf instead of trapping it under the equipment.
- Four-point fixing spreads the 65 kg load across all four rails.
- Uses only 1U of rack height.
What Will Not Work
- It will not fit 600 mm or 800 mm deep cabinets, or 2-post open frames.
- Not rated above 65 kg — do not put a large UPS on it when extended.
- No cable management arm or lock is included.
- It is not a keyboard drawer; there is no retaining lip for a keyboard.
