The Zebra ZQ620 Plus (ZQ62-AUX2E14-00) is a 3-inch direct thermal mobile printer configured for linerless labels, for retail, food service, delivery and warehouse staff who print labels and receipts on the move.
It prints up to 72 mm wide at 203 dpi and 115 mm per second, connects to handhelds and the network over Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 at the same time, and survives repeated 1.52 m drops and IP54 dust and water exposure. A colour display and Print Touch NFC make pairing and status checks quick.
Before you order: This is the linerless version. It is set up for linerless labels (no backing paper); no charger is included, so plan for an AC adapter or cradle.

What It Means in Practice
- Linerless labels: no backing liner means no waste to throw away, more labels per roll and no liner on the shop floor — useful for price and markdown labels, food prep and delivery labels.
- Media: 25–79 mm wide on rolls up to 66 mm diameter (19 mm or 34.9 mm core). Labels and receipts print up to 72 mm wide.
- Wireless: Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax, 2.4/5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.3 run simultaneously, so the printer can stay on the store network while pairing with a handheld. Tap a phone or handheld on the NFC tag to pair.
- Battery: the removable 3250 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery reports health and charge level to the printer and to management tools; an extended-capacity battery is available for long shifts.
- Integration: CPCL, EPL and ZPL are built in, so formats from older Zebra mobile printers (QLn, ZQ500/ZQ600) carry over, and Link-OS supports remote setup and updates.
- Rugged use: rated for multiple 1.52 m drops onto concrete, IP54 sealing and –20 to 50 °C operation, it works in cold rooms, courtyards and vans.
What Will Not Work
- Charging: no AC adapter or charger is in the box. Charge via an AC adapter, a battery charger, an Ethernet cradle or a vehicle adapter, sold separately.
- Standard backed labels: this unit is configured for linerless media. If you mainly print die-cut labels on a liner, ask us — the standard ZQ620 Plus may suit better.
- Wider labels: maximum print width is 72 mm. For 4-inch (104 mm) labels choose the ZQ630 Plus.
- Thermal transfer: direct thermal only, so no ribbon and no long-life thermal transfer labels.
