The Zebra ZQ620 Plus-HC (ZQ62-HUXAE04-00) is a 3-inch healthcare mobile printer for nurses, phlebotomists, pharmacy and lab staff who print specimen, patient-ID, medication and wristband-style labels at the point of care.
It prints up to 72 mm wide at 203 dpi and 115 mm per second, has disinfectant-ready plastics in Zebra’s healthcare colour scheme that withstand routine cleaning, and connects over Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 at the same time. A large colour display and Print Touch NFC make pairing and status checks quick.
Before you order: No charger is in the box — plan for an AC adapter, battery charger or charging cradle (the cradle also adds Ethernet).

- Charging: no AC adapter or charger is included; chargers, cradles and vehicle adapters are sold separately.
- Ethernet: there is no Ethernet port on the printer; wired network comes only through the optional Ethernet cradle.
- Wider labels: maximum print width is 72 mm; for 4-inch labels choose the ZQ630 Plus.
- Thermal transfer: direct thermal only, so no ribbon and no long-life thermal transfer labels.
