The Durable 255503 is a pack of five A4 personnel files with a suspension rail, each split into five sections with their own filing mechanisms — for HR departments, payroll offices and small businesses that keep one file per employee and store those files hanging in a drawer or cabinet.
Each file has a transparent front cover with a pre-printed cover sheet that slides out for labelling, a red back cover with an inside pocket for unpunched documents, a side labelling strip and interchangeable divider tabs. The suspension rail is removable, so the same file can hang in a cabinet or stand on a shelf. Cover sheets and tabs can also be personalised with Durable's free DURAPRINT software.
Before you order: Durable does not state the language printed on the cover sheet and tabs. If English headings matter for your HR files, ask us to confirm before ordering — the tabs are interchangeable and can be reprinted with DURAPRINT.

What Will Not Work
- The suspension rail fits drawers and cabinets for A4 suspension files; Durable does not publish the rail length, so check unusual or Letter-size cabinets with us first.
- Each section uses 80 mm two-hole spacing — four-hole punched documents will not use all their holes.
- It is not a lockable or fire-resistant file; secure storage is the cabinet's job.
