DURABLE INFO SIGN 149 × 52.5 mm — Changeable Door and Room Sign
Insert 149 × 52.5 mmAluminium + AcrylicScrew Set IncludedSilver
The DURABLE INFO SIGN 480023 is a silver aluminium doorplate with an acrylic cover that takes a 149 × 52.5 mm landscape insert, made for office doors, meeting rooms, reception areas and lobbies where names or room functions change from time to time.
To update the sign you push out the acrylic panel, swap the cardboard insert and slide the panel back — no tools and no need to take the holder off the door. The overall size is 154 × 57.5 × 15 mm, so it fits narrow door frames and corridor walls.
Before you order: Inserts must be 149 × 52.5 mm. Standard business cards and A4 sheets do not fit without cutting; DURABLE sells matching replacement inserts (4850) and printable insert labels (485002).
What's in the Box
- 1 × DURABLE INFO SIGN doorplate, silver aluminium with acrylic cover
- Blank inserts
- Assembly set (screws) and drilling template
- Instructions
What It Means in Practice
- Print names or room labels on the matching DURABLE inserts or design them with DURABLE's DURAPRINT software, then slide them behind the acrylic panel.
- The manufacturer specifies screw mounting with the included set; it can also be stuck on with your own adhesive pads for doors you cannot drill.
- Changing a name takes seconds, so the sign stays useful when staff or room functions change.
- At 154 × 57.5 mm it suits single-line or two-line text — a name and a title, or a room number and function.
What Will Not Work
- Larger formats such as A5 or A4 notices — DURABLE makes separate INFO SIGN sizes and frames for those.
- Adhesive mounting out of the box: no adhesive pads are listed in the contents, so supply your own if you do not want to drill.
- Outdoor exposure: the manufacturer markets it for offices, conference rooms and lobbies.
