DURABLE VISIFIX Rotary Business Card File — 400 Cards, A–Z, Black
Rotary file400 cardsA–Z indexMetal stand
The DURABLE VISIFIX Rotary File 248101 is a desk-top business card file with 200 clear pockets of 104 × 72 mm on a rotary mechanism, holding up to 400 business cards with a 25-part A–Z index — for anyone who still keeps supplier, customer and service contacts on paper next to the phone.
A turn of the knob brings the right letter to the front, cards slide in and out of the pockets easily, and two cards fit back-to-back per pocket. The rotary mechanism sits on a black metal stand.
Before you order: Pockets are 104 × 72 mm. Standard business cards fit; oversized cards or folded cards larger than the pocket will not.
What's in the Box
- 1 × VISIFIX rotary file with metal stand, black
- 200 × business card pockets (fitted)
- 25-part A–Z index
What It Means in Practice
- Up to 400 business cards (two per pocket, back-to-back) organised A–Z.
- Turning rather than flipping — the right contact comes up in seconds.
- Pockets can be removed and re-inserted to re-order or add contacts.
- Useful at reception, purchasing and service desks where contact cards pile up.
What Will Not Work
- Cards larger than 104 × 72 mm will not fit the pockets.
- It is not a lockable file — cards are openly accessible on the desk.
- It does not digitise contacts — it is a paper organiser.
