The DYMO 1868752 is a 7 m continuous roll of 19 mm XTL all-purpose vinyl labels, printed black on white, with a permanent acrylic adhesive for the DYMO XTL 300 and XTL 500 industrial label makers. It is aimed at facilities, electrical and maintenance teams labelling assets, panels, enclosures and safety points indoors or outdoors.
Halogen-free vinyl conforms to slightly curved and textured surfaces where paper labels lift, and DYMO rates it from -40 °C to +60 °C with resistance to moisture, chemicals and UV. The vinyl is UL Recognized as a component to UL969 and the split-back liner peels cleanly.
Before you order: XTL and RHINO are separate cartridge systems. This cartridge fits the DYMO XTL 300 and XTL 500 only — not Rhino 4200, 5200 or 6000+, LabelManager or LabelWriter.

What It Means in Practice
- Label equipment, panels, enclosures and pipework that sit outdoors, in cold stores or near cleaning chemicals.
- Continuous tape: the printer cuts each label to the length you set.
- The permanent acrylic adhesive is meant to stay; removing it later can leave residue.
- DYMO makes the same vinyl in other colours, so labels can follow OSHA, ANSI and ISO safety colour conventions.
What Will Not Work
- Not for DYMO Rhino, LabelManager or LabelWriter machines.
- Not a wire-marking sleeve — for conductors use heat-shrink tube, as a vinyl wrap on cable can eventually peel.
- Not removable — choose a removable label for temporary marking.
