The Eaton FlexPDU 12 IEC (EFLX12I) is a basic 1U 19-inch rack power distribution unit with twelve IEC C13 outlets and one IEC C19 outlet, fed from a 16 A IEC C20 inlet, for server, network and UPS installations that need clean, simple outlet distribution inside a cabinet.

It has no metering, switching or network management: power goes in through the C20 inlet and out through 13 IEC outlets, rated 200–240 V single phase up to 3.84 kW. That makes it a good fit behind a UPS with a C19/C20 output, or on a 16 A cabinet feed, where you only need more outlets in the right format.

• Twelve C13 outlets cover the usual server, switch, router, NAS and firewall power inlets (C14) with standard C13–C14 cords.
• The single C19 outlet takes one high-power device with a C20 inlet — a larger server, blade chassis, storage shelf or a UPS extended battery charger.
• At 230 V, 16 A means about 3.68 kW of usable load on most installations; the 3.84 kW figure is the upper rating at 240 V.
• Only 80 mm deep and 1U high, it can sit at the back of a rack in a spare U, or be mounted on a wall or at the rear of an Eaton UPS — Eaton calls this the Flex concept.

• No metering: you cannot see current draw on a display or over the network — choose a metered or managed PDU if you need monitoring.
• No outlet switching or remote reboot, and no SNMP, Ethernet or serial port.
• It does not convert phases or voltage: input and output are 200–240 V single phase only.
• Devices with Schuko or UK plugs need IEC (C14) power cords, not their wall-plug cords.
