The Edimax Pro GS-5216PLC is a Web Smart switch with sixteen Gigabit PoE+ ports and two Gigabit RJ45/SFP combo uplinks, built for IP surveillance and Wi-Fi deployments where a recorder or controller must power and manage up to sixteen cameras or access points.

It provides up to 30W per port (IEEE 802.3af/at) from a 280W budget, a long-range mode that carries PoE and data up to 200 m at 10 Mbps, one-click Surveillance VLAN with camera auto-discovery, and a front LED display showing the total PoE draw and per-port consumption.

Before you order: Combo uplinks: each of the two uplinks is either RJ45 or SFP, not both. SFP modules are not included. The switch has a fan in a hot-swappable fan tray, so it is not silent.
