The EFB-Elektronik 699999N.1 is a 1U cable routing panel for 19-inch racks with a front cover that closes with quick fasteners, made from light grey RAL 7035 sheet steel. It guides patch cords across the rack in the same way as an open bracket panel, but the cover hides the cabling so the front of the rack looks clean.
The routing brackets are 50 mm long and the panel is about 60 mm deep, so it fits most cabinets with a standard front door.
Before you order: You need 19-inch rails and roughly 60 mm of clear space in front of them.
What's in the Box
- 1 × EFB 19" 1U cable routing panel with front cover, light grey RAL 7035
- EFB does not list mounting screws. Use 4 × M6 screws and cage nuts from your rack kit or a fixing set.
What It Means in Practice
- Lay the cords in the brackets, then close the cover with the quick fasteners. Tools are not needed to reopen it for moves and changes.
- The cover keeps the front tidy in customer-facing or glass-door cabinets where the cabling is visible.
- The RAL 7035 finish matches light grey cabinets and EFB patch panels.
What Will Not Work
- 10-inch racks, since the panel is 482.6 mm wide.
- Passing cables to the rear. Cables stay at the front.
- Very thick bundles. The cover limits how much you can pack behind it compared with an open bracket panel.
- Black cabinets, if you want a colour match. This one is light grey only.
