The EFB-Elektronik 691606VGR.50 is a 19-inch 6U wall housing in a two-part swiveling design, measuring 600 x 330 x 500 mm (W x H x D) with a 40 kg load rating, finished in RAL 7035 light grey. It is built for small offices, shops and branch sites that need a lockable home for a patch panel, switch and router on the wall.
A rear swing frame lets the front part of the housing pivot away from the wall, so you can reach the back of the installed equipment without taking the cabinet down. It arrives pre-assembled with a welded steel frame.
The front door has a window of certified 4 mm safety glass, metal hinges and a latch lock, and the roof, base and rear wall have pre-punched cable entries.
Compatibility Note: The installation depth between the 19-inch profiles is up to 450 mm (depth-adjustable) — check your switch or device depth. Fan units, leveling feet and castors are sold separately (EFB 691656GR 2-fan unit fits this series).

The two-part design lets the front section swivel away from the wall-mounted rear frame, giving direct access to the back of patch panels and switches during installation and service.
Lockable safety-glass door
The front door carries a certified 4 mm safety-glass window, metal hinges and a latch lock with two keys, so equipment stays visible but protected. The door hinge side can be reversed by rotating the housing 180°.
Ready for cables and cooling
Roof, base and two rear openings of 250 x 70 mm each for cable entry, knock-outs for single fans in roof and base, and preparation for the EFB plug-and-play 2-fan unit.
