EFB-Elektronik Power Cable — Angled CEE 7/7 to IEC C13, 2 m, 10 A, Black

2 m standard length90° angled CEE 7/7 SchukoIEC C13 straight10 A / 250 V VDE tested

The EFB-Elektronik EK504.2V2 is a two-metre mains lead with a 90-degree angled CEE 7/7 Schuko plug at one end and a straight IEC 60320 C13 socket at the other, rated 10 A at 250 V and VDE tested. Two metres is the standard working length — enough to run from a wall outlet or rack PDU to a desktop PC, monitor, printer, network switch or UPS-fed device without straining, and short enough not to leave a coil behind the equipment. The angled plug lies flat against the outlet so furniture and cabinet panels can sit close to the wall, and 3 x 0.75 mm conductors keep the lead flexible where several run side by side. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Check the socket first. The plug is CEE 7/7 — the hybrid Schuko / French plug used across most of continental Europe. Cyprus wall sockets are BS 1363 Type G, so this lead will not go straight into a normal Cypriot wall socket: use it where the outlet is genuinely Schuko, which in practice means a Schuko rack PDU, a UPS with Schuko outlets or imported EU equipment, or fit a proper earthed Type G adapter. The other end is a standard IEC 60320 C13 socket, which mates with the C14 inlet found on desktop PCs, monitors, PDUs, UPS units, switches and most rack hardware — it is not the smaller C7 figure-of-eight or the C5 cloverleaf used by laptop bricks. Maximum load is 10 A at 250 V; do not use it for anything rated higher. Rated IP20 — indoor use only.

Key Features

Angled plug that stops fighting the wall
The CEE 7/7 plug is turned through 90 degrees, so the cable leaves the socket flat instead of straight out. That is the difference between a desk or rack sitting flush against the wall and being held several centimetres off it, and it stops the plug being levered out of a PDU by the weight of the lead.

Two metres — the everyday working length
Long enough to reach from a wall outlet or a PDU a few units away to a PC under the desk, a monitor, a printer or a switch, without the surplus loop that a three-metre lead leaves behind the equipment. If you are patching inside a single cabinet, the 0.5 m version of the same cable is the tidier choice.

VDE tested to 10 A / 250 V
A tested and certified mains assembly rather than an unbranded lead: 3 x 0.75 mm conductors, moulded plug and connector bodies, and a 10 A / 250 V rating with IP20 protection. That matters most in exactly the enclosed, high-density places this cable is used.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this plug into a normal wall socket in Cyprus?
Not directly. Cyprus uses BS 1363 Type G sockets, while this lead has a continental CEE 7/7 Schuko plug. It is the right cable for a Schuko rack PDU, a UPS with Schuko outlets or imported European equipment, and for a Type G wall socket you would need a properly earthed adapter. If you want a lead that plugs straight into a Cypriot wall socket, ask us for the BS 1363 to C13 version instead.
Which devices take the C13 end?
The C13 socket fits the C14 inlet, which is the standard three-pin kettle-style inlet on desktop PCs, monitors, printers, network switches, rack PDUs and UPS units. It is not the two-pin C7 figure-of-eight used on small consumer electronics, and not the C5 cloverleaf used by many laptop power bricks.
Should I choose the 2 m or the 0.5 m version?
Two metres is the general-purpose length for reaching a wall outlet or a PDU that is a few rack units away. The 0.5 m EK504.0.5V2 is for equipment sitting right next to its outlet — typically panel-to-PDU inside a single cabinet — where a 2 m lead would leave a loop of slack that blocks airflow and makes outlet tracing harder.
Singular Expert Insight
Power leads are where rack and desk tidiness quietly gets decided. Two things make this one worth choosing over whatever came in the box: the 90-degree plug, which lets equipment sit flush and stops the lead levering itself out of a PDU, and picking the length deliberately rather than defaulting to three metres. Two metres covers the normal wall-outlet-to-device run; if the outlet is in the same cabinet, drop to the 0.5 m version instead. The one thing to get right is the plug standard — this is a Schuko-market lead, so it belongs on a Schuko PDU or UPS rather than a Cypriot wall socket. Browse the other lengths and plug combinations in our computer power cables range, and if you are replacing a lead because the supply itself is unreliable, our PC power supplies section is the better fix.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if
You need a standard two-metre mains lead for equipment with a C14 inlet fed from a Schuko rack PDU, a Schuko UPS outlet or imported European kit, and you want the angled plug so the desk or cabinet can sit flush against the wall.
Skip it if
You need to plug into a standard Cypriot BS 1363 Type G wall socket without an adapter; your device has a C7 figure-of-eight or C5 cloverleaf inlet rather than C14; the equipment draws more than 10 A; or the outlet is right beside the device, where the 0.5 m version is tidier.
Also consider
A BS 1363 Type G to C13 lead if you are plugging into a Cypriot wall socket; EK504.0.5V2, the same cable in 0.5 m for in-rack patching; or a C14 to C13 jumper lead if the source is a PDU outlet rather than a mains socket.
