The EFB-Elektronik K5248SW.5V2 (Enhanced series) is a 5 m USB 2.0 extension with a USB-A plug and a USB-A socket, carrying up to 480 Mbit/s to keyboards, mice, printers, dongles and other USB 2.0 devices. It is double shielded with foil and braid, has nickel-plated contacts and a 4.5 mm round cable.

Compatibility note: 5 m is the USB 2.0 limit for one passive segment. The extension plus the device’s own cable should not exceed that for reliable operation; for longer distances use an active extension.
