The EFB-Elektronik ECOLAN K5517.0,25 is a 25 cm Cat 6 S/FTP patch cable in brown with RJ45 male plugs on both ends, designed for short, shielded jumpers between patch panels and switches in office and data-centre racks. Part number K5517.0,25 uses AWG 27/7 copper conductors, a halogen-free LSZH jacket and RJ45 plugs with a locking lever.
Compatibility note: This is a shielded S/FTP cable; its screening is only fully effective when the connected patch panel and switch ports are shielded and properly earthed. It is a Cat 6 (250 MHz) cable — for 10GBASE-T links over longer channels choose a Cat 6A version.
