Declaration of Withdrawal

PRODUCT RETURNS CENTER

This return / withdrawal option is provided voluntarily by Singular Computer Systems LTD and does not constitute a statutory consumer withdrawal right. It applies only where expressly accepted by the Company in the context of B2B transactions.

Dear Customer,

Although our Website is addressed exclusively to traders / business customers, the Company may, at its discretion and without any legal obligation, accept return or withdrawal requests for eligible products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging, together with the relevant purchase invoice.

For the timely submission of your request, it is sufficient either:
- to send a written withdrawal / return request within fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery, or
- to return the products within the same period, subject always to the Company’s review and acceptance.

The written withdrawal / return request may be sent as follows:

Returned products must be sent, at the customer’s expense and responsibility, to the following address:

Products may also be returned in person to our physical store at the above address, subject to prior confirmation by the Company.

Once we receive your withdrawal / return request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the Company will notify you whether the return has been accepted.

If the return is accepted, the Company will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s), excluding any delivery, return, handling, repair, repackaging, testing, depreciation or other applicable charges, where relevant, without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the returned goods.

Any refund will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please retain proof of dispatch of your request, as well as the relevant purchase invoice and any shipment receipt relating to the returned product.

The following products are generally not eligible for return or withdrawal acceptance:
- products that have been used, activated, registered or configured,
- products with opened or damaged packaging,
- software, licenses or media that have been unsealed,
- special-order, custom-made or personalized products,
- products sold as clearance, special offer or non-returnable items, unless defective and accepted by the Company after inspection.
