EPOS IMPACT 860T ANC — Focus in the Open Office
Adaptive hybrid ANCMicrosoft TeamsUSB-C + USB-A360° busylight
The EPOS IMPACT 860T ANC is a wired two-ear headset with adaptive hybrid active noise cancellation and an AI-powered beamforming microphone, certified for Microsoft Teams. It is built for desk workers in busy open offices who spend hours on Teams calls and need both silence for themselves and a clean voice for the other side.
It connects with a USB-C cable and comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, so it works on new and older computers alike. Super wideband audio and stereo sound in call and music mode make voices clear and natural, and EPOS describes the combination of ANC and voice pickup as BrainAdapt technology.

- USB-C to USB-A adapter

- Quick guide
- Safety and compliance sheet
What It Means in Practice
- Adaptive ANC quietens open-office chatter so you can concentrate on calls and focused work.
- Lift the boom to mute, lower it to talk, and take the headset off to end the call: smart sensors handle the basics.
- TalkThrough lets you speak to a colleague at your desk without removing the headset.
- The 360° busylight shows others that you are on a call.
- Nothing to charge: the USB-C cable (180 cm) powers the headset all day.
What Will Not Work
- Not wireless: you stay within reach of the 1.8 m cable.
- No 3.5 mm plug and no desk-phone connection.
- This is the Teams (T) version; the IMPACT 860 ANC is the UC variant certified for Zoom and Google Meet.
- Do not confuse it with the IMPACT 860T without ANC, which has the same design but no active noise cancellation.
