The EPOS IMPACT D 10 Phone II EU is a single-sided wireless DECT headset system for desk phones, with a convertible headset that can be worn on a headband or an ear hook. It suits receptionists, sales desks and contact-centre agents who answer a desk phone all day and want to move up to 55 metres away in a typical office, or 180 metres in line of sight.
The base station connects to the desk phone with the supplied audio phone cable, and the headset gives up to 12 hours of talk time in narrowband mode. This is the Phone version for desk phones with the EU power supply; for a PC or softphone, EPOS sells the D 10 USB ML II instead.
Before you order: Answering and ending calls from the headset requires an EHS cable that matches your desk-phone brand, sold separately; without it you lift the handset or use a handset lifter. Tell us your phone model and we will match the right cable.

What It Means in Practice
- Walk away from the desk during a call: up to 55 m in a typical office and up to 180 m line of sight.
- Wear it on the headband or switch to the 22 g ear hook for a lighter feel.
- Up to 8 hours of talk time in wideband and 12 hours in narrowband; 50% charge in about 20 minutes.

What Will Not Work
- It does not connect to a PC or softphone: that is the D 10 USB ML II.
- No Bluetooth for mobile phones.
- Remote answer/end needs an EHS cable for your desk phone, not included.
- The EU version has an EU power supply; UK and other regions have their own article numbers.
