equip 603001 Cat 6A U/UTP Patch Cable — 0.5 m White

Unshielded 10 Gigabit patch cord with bare-copper conductors and a halogen-free jacket.
Cat 6A500 MHz10 GbpsPoE/PoE+LSZH

The equip 603001 is a 0.5 m Cat 6A U/UTP patch cable in white, rated to 500 MHz and 10 Gbps, with stranded bare-copper 4 × 2 AWG 26/7 conductors, PoE/PoE+ support and an LSZH jacket — a short 10G jumper for switches, patch panels and servers.

Being unshielded, it is light and flexible and needs no earthing, which suits unshielded Cat 6A cabling systems and quick rack patching. Moulded boots protect the plugs, and the cord complies with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and RoHS. Part number 603001, EAN 4015867206560. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Before you buy — compatibility notes
This is an unshielded (U/UTP) cord. It plugs into any RJ45 port and is the natural match for unshielded Cat 6A panels. In a fully shielded (S/FTP) installation, use a shielded cord so the shield chain to the earthed panel is continuous. equip lists PoE and PoE+ (802.3af/at) support; no 802.3bt (PoE++) rating is published.

Key Features

10G at 500 MHz
Cat 6A bandwidth of 500 MHz supports 10GBASE-T, so the cord keeps up with 10G switches, NAS units and servers.

Bare copper, PoE+ ready
Stranded bare-copper AWG 26/7 conductors (not CCA) carry PoE and PoE+ power to access points, cameras and phones.

Halogen-free jacket
The LSZH/LSOH jacket gives off little smoke and no halogen gases in a fire — suited to offices, public buildings and server rooms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the equip 603001 suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet?
Yes. It is a Cat 6A cord rated to 500 MHz and 10 Gbps, and at 0.5 m it uses a small fraction of the 100 m channel budget.
Does the equip 603001 support PoE?
Yes. equip specifies PoE and PoE+ (IEEE 802.3af/at) support thanks to the bare-copper AWG 26/7 conductors. No PoE++ (802.3bt) rating is published.
What is the difference between the 603001 and an equip Cat 6A S/FTP cord?
Both are 10G Cat 6A cords. The U/UTP 603001 is thinner, lighter and needs no earthing; the S/FTP version adds foil and braid shielding for shielded installations and electrically noisy environments.
Singular Expert Insight
The equip 603001 is the pragmatic 10G patch cord: bare copper, LSZH and PoE+ at a U/UTP price and weight. It is our default for unshielded Cat 6A racks and for connecting access points and cameras to PoE network switches. If your panels are shielded, choose an equip Cat 6A S/FTP cord so the shield chain is continuous.

Buyer's Guide

Buy it if
You need a 0.5 m white 10G cord for an unshielded Cat 6A rack, with PoE+ and a halogen-free jacket.
Skip it if
Your installation is fully shielded or runs next to heavy electrical noise — use an S/FTP cord.
