equip 326625 — 24-Port Cat 6A Shielded Patch Panel, 19" 1U, Black

24 portsCat 6A shielded19" · 1U10GBase-T

The equip 326625 is a 24-port Cat 6A shielded 19-inch 1U patch panel in black (RAL 9005). It mounts in a 19-inch rack or cabinet and takes up 1U. Installation cable is punched down on the back with an LSA or 110 punch-down tool, and the 24 RJ45 sockets on the front take ordinary patch cords, rated for 10 Gbit/s (10GBase-T). In practice it gives the cables coming from wall outlets and ceilings a fixed, labelled end point next to your switch, so that moves and changes are made with short patch cords at the panel instead of re-terminating installation cable. When the network grows, you add a panel and a few patch cords rather than pulling new cable to every desk, and a clearly numbered panel makes it quick to find which outlet a fault or a new device is on.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is the black Cat 6A model — the same panel in light grey is 326525. The ports are fixed and terminated with an LSA or 110 punch-down tool, which is not in the box. As a shielded panel it only gives its full screening with shielded cable and a grounded rack or earth point; equip does not list an earthing wire in the box. It needs a standard 19-inch rack or cabinet with 1U free. Not sure it matches your cabling? Send us the cable type and the rack or cabinet model and we check it.

Best For

✓ 19-inch server and network racks
✓ Office floor distribution
✓ Structured cabling projects
✓ Patching wall outlets to switches
✓ Data centres and comms rooms
✓ Labelled, serviceable terminations

Key Features

Dual IDC termination
Dual IDC blocks accept both LSA (Krone) and 110 punch-down tools and are colour-coded T568A/B. Once the cable is terminated, every move is made with a patch cord at the front.

Cat 6A performance
Class EA, up to 500 MHz, 10GBase-T. The shielded design helps in electrically noisy rooms and with PoE-heavy cable bundles.

19-inch, 1U
Standard 19-inch width at 1U height, for any network rack or cabinet.

Numbered ports
Every port is numbered and the IDC blocks are colour-coded T568A/B, for quick and accurate wiring in 10G installations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a special tool?
Yes. The installation cable is terminated on the back with an LSA or 110 punch-down tool, which is not included. If you order the panel with cable, tell us and we add a suitable tool.
Will it carry 10 Gbit/s?
Yes, when the whole link is Cat 6A. equip rates the panel Cat 6A, but the weakest part of the link sets the speed, so use Cat 6A installation cable and Cat 6A patch cords too.
Does it fit my rack?
It fits standard 19-inch racks and cabinets and takes up 1U. Send us the rack model if you want us to check depth and free space.
Does it need to be grounded?
Yes, for the shield to work. Connect the panel to the rack or building earth. With unshielded cable the shield has no effect.
Singular Expert Insight
We suggest the 326625 for new shielded Cat 6A installations in black racks, where 10 Gbit/s to the desk or between rooms is the aim. Plan the panel with cable and patch cords of the same category, and label the ports as you terminate them. Every order comes with Singular’s local support in Cyprus. See our patch panels or the network switches and network cables that complete the link.
