Equip Active USB-C Extension Cable, 15 m, USB 3.2 Gen 1

Bring a USB-C webcam, hub or drive 15 m away from the computer at SuperSpeed.
USB 3.2 Gen 1 · 5 Gbps15 m activeOptional 5 V/2 A power input
The Equip 133358 is a 15 m active extension cable with a USB-C plug on one end and a USB-C socket on the other. Built-in signal amplification keeps USB 3.2 Gen 1 data at up to 5 Gbps over a distance where passive cables fail, and an extra USB-C power input (5 V/2 A) steadies high-draw devices such as SSDs or HDDs.
Compatibility Note: Data extension only: Equip specifies USB 3.2 Gen 1 data and does not list DisplayPort Alt Mode video or Power Delivery charging, so do not use it to extend a USB-C monitor or laptop charger. The power adapter for the 5 V input is not included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I connect a USB-C monitor through the Equip 133358?
No. Equip rates this cable for USB 3.2 Gen 1 data only, without DisplayPort Alt Mode video or PD charging. Use it for webcams, hubs, card readers and drives.
When do I need the extra power input on the 133358?
Connect a 5 V/2 A USB-C supply when the far-end device draws a lot of current, for example portable SSDs, HDDs or bus-powered hubs, so the link stays stable over 15 m.
Singular Expert Insight
A practical way to place a USB-C camera or hub across a meeting room or on a ceiling mount without an extra PC. If 10 m is enough, the Equip 133357 does the same job with a lighter cable.
✓ Buy it if you need 15 m of USB-C data extension for a camera, hub or storage device.
✕ Skip it if you need to extend USB-C video or charging; this is a data-only active cable.
→ Also consider Equip 133357 (10 m) or DIGITUS DA-73109 (10 m, cascadable to 20 m).
