The Ricoh (Fujitsu) Consumable Kit 3740-500K contains two pick rollers and two brake rollers for the fi-7600, fi-7700 and fi-7700S production document scanners, covering up to 500,000 scans — two full roller replacement cycles.
These rollers separate and feed each sheet from the 300-sheet hopper. When they wear, double-feeds, skewed pages and pick failures increase. The scanner counts sheets and reports when the rollers are due.
Before you order: Kit 3740-500K is for the fi-7600, fi-7700 and fi-7700S only. Departmental fi-7100/fi-7200 models use kit 3670-400K, the fi-7460/fi-7480 use kit 3710-400K, and fi-7800/fi-7900 use different PA03575 parts.

What It Means in Practice
- Each roller is rated for 250,000 sheets or one year, whichever comes first, per the fi-7700 datasheet.
- The kit therefore covers two full changes — up to 500,000 scans.
- Change the pick and brake rollers together and reset both counters in the Software Operation Panel.
- At high daily volumes the one-year limit is rarely the deciding factor; at low volumes it is.
What Will Not Work
- It does not fit the fi-7100/fi-7200 series (3670-400K) or fi-7460/fi-7480 (3710-400K).
- It does not fit the fi-7800 or fi-7900.
- It contains no cleaning fluid or cloths — use the F1 cleaning kit CON-CLE-K75.
- It will not fix image streaks caused by dirty glass or sensors.
