The Gamber-Johnson 7160-0421 is a heavy-gauge steel mounting kit that clamps to the rectangular overhead-guard leg of a forklift and carries a rugged tablet, laptop dock, display or scanner cradle on an articulating arm. The large plate fits guard legs 2.5–5 in (64–127 mm) wide and can be slid up or down the leg to set the working height.
The arm rotates 360°, the motion attachment rotates 360° and the clam shell tilts, so the device can be brought close to the driver and then locked in place with the adjustment lever and a secondary locking bolt. The clam shell accepts AMPS, NEC, 75 mm VESA and the Gamber-Johnson 2 × 4.09 inch pattern, so most Gamber-Johnson cradles and docks attach directly.
Before you order: Measure the forklift guard leg before ordering: the 7160-0421 large plate fits rectangular braces 2.5–5 in (64–127 mm) wide. For narrower 1.5–2.5 in guard legs choose the 7160-0420 with small plate. The kit is a mount only — the device cradle or dock is ordered separately for your specific tablet or laptop.
