The Gamber-Johnson 7110-1226 is the small Zirkona Joiner Diamond Plate, an anodised aluminium base of 2.09 x 6.16 x 3.33 cm that fixes Zirkona mounting components to a flat surface — typically a forklift overhead guard, mast or frame — to carry small accessories such as fans, work lights and scanner holders.
It comes with an M5 threaded-stud mounting plate for material up to 3/8 inch (about 9.5 mm) thick, secured with jam nuts and Nylok nuts. The stud plate can be removed if you prefer to fix the base alone with longer hardware or straight into the material. Combined with other Zirkona parts it also builds mounts for phones, light tablets and displays.
Before you order: This is one component of the Zirkona modular system, not a complete mount — you also need the Zirkona arm, clamp or holder for your device. Gamber-Johnson does not publish a load rating for this part. Do not confuse it with 7110-1234 «Zirkona Small Joiner Only» (black powder-coated), which is a different part.

What It Means in Practice
- Gives Zirkona accessories a solid anchor point on a flat surface of a forklift or industrial vehicle.
- Mount it vertically or horizontally, depending on where the accessory has to sit.
- The stud plate clamps through material up to 3/8" thick; for thicker material remove it and use longer hardware.
- Weighs only 0.05 kg, so it adds practically nothing to the mount.
What Will Not Work
- Mounting a device by itself — it needs the matching Zirkona arm, ball or holder.
- Round tubes or overhead guard bars — use a Zirkona clamp designed for tubes instead.
- Heavy rugged tablets or large displays without checking the complete Zirkona configuration with us.

The Zirkona system is built from small parts, and the most common mistake is ordering the wrong joiner. This is the small Diamond Plate (anodised aluminium, with stud plate) — not the black Small Joiner Only 7110-1234. Plan the whole chain from vehicle to device before ordering, and secure all threads with threadlocker on vibrating vehicles. Other mounting hardware is listed in our rack and mounting accessories.
