Gigabyte GAMING 240 — 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler in black

The Gigabyte GAMING 240 (part number GP-GIGABYTE GME 240) is a 240mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler in black, with two 120mm ARGB fans and a copper cold plate, designed for gaming and mainstream desktop builds on Intel LGA1851/1700 and AMD AM5/AM4.
Its 4500 RPM pump uses a brushless motor with ceramic bearings, the aluminium radiator has a revised fin and water-channel design, and 395 mm FEP (Teflon) tubes with nylon sleeving reduce coolant evaporation. EZ-Chain fans slide together and daisy-chain power and ARGB signal, cutting cable clutter. The black finish blends into dark builds.
Compatibility note: Check that your case supports a 240mm radiator (284 x 120 x 35 mm) at the top or front. Fan and pump speed use standard headers compatible with any motherboard brand, while ARGB sync needs a 5V 3-pin ARGB header. Gigabyte does not publish a TDP rating.
Key Features
Detachable magnetic Armor Cap
The pump cap pops off and rotates in four directions so the logo stays upright, and its light panel can be replaced.
EZ-Chain daisy-chain fans
Slide-lock fans pass power and ARGB signal through their frames — one cable to the motherboard instead of two per fan.
Durable FEP tubing
Sleeved Teflon tubes limit coolant evaporation for longer consistent performance, paired with a 4500 RPM ceramic-bearing pump.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the GAMING 240 fit an Intel Core Ultra (LGA1851) or Ryzen 9000 build?
Yes, mounting for LGA1851, LGA1700 and AM5 is supported out of the box, as well as older LGA1200/115x and AM4.
What is the difference between the GAMING 240 and GAMING 240 ICE?
They share the same radiator, pump, fans and specifications; only the colour differs — the GIGABYTE GAMING 240 ICE (GP-GIGABYTE GME 240I, white) is the alternative finish.
Is a 240mm AIO enough for a high-end CPU?
A 240mm cooler suits Ryzen 5/7, X3D chips and Core Ultra 5/7 well. For sustained all-core loads on Core Ultra 9 or Ryzen 9, a 360mm AIO gives more thermal headroom.
Singular Expert Insight
A tidy, easy-to-build 240mm AIO: daisy-chained fans, a rotatable magnetic cap and FEP tubing are features usually found on pricier coolers. It is a good match for mid-range and X3D gaming CPUs; heavy all-core workloads on flagship chips deserve a 360mm radiator. Round off the build with a PSU from our
PC power supplies range.
✓ Buy it if you want a clean-looking black 240mm AIO with ARGB for a Ryzen or Intel gaming PC and simple cable management.
✕ Skip it if your case cannot take a 240mm radiator, or you run a Core Ultra 9 / Ryzen 9 under long all-core loads.
→ Also consider the GIGABYTE GAMING 240 ICE (GP-GIGABYTE GME 240I, white) in the other colour, or a 360mm AIO for flagship CPUs.
