The Good Connections GC-N0153 is a modular RJ45 T-adapter with one RJ45 female input and two RJ45 female outputs, wired 1:1, for technicians who need to bring the same line to two RJ45 devices at once on bus-type or parallel connections.

All eight contacts of the input are connected straight through to both outputs, so both sockets carry exactly the same signals. The housing is shielded and made of metallised plastic in silver.

• Use it where a line is meant to be shared in parallel, for example bus connections, monitoring or test set-ups and RJ45-based control or serial lines.
• Because the wiring is 1:1, both outputs see the identical signal — useful for measuring or monitoring a line without re-wiring.
• Shielded housing keeps the connection protected against interference.
• Needs RJ45 patch cords on all three sockets.

• Not an Ethernet port doubler: two computers, phones or cameras cannot share one switch port through it — use a switch.
• Not a pair splitter (like a 2x 10/100 splitter); all pins are simply paralleled.
• Not suitable for PoE or for connecting two powered devices to one PoE port.
