Grandstream GRP2610 Carrier-Grade IP Phone
2.4″ colour screen2 SIP lines5-way conferencePower adapter included
The Grandstream GRP2610 is a two-line carrier-grade IP phone from the GRP professional series, with a 2.4-inch 320×240 colour TFT display. It offers HD audio with Noise Shield, 5-way conferencing, up to eight on-screen digital BLF keys and Opus support, on two switched 10/100 Mbps ports, with its power adapter in the box.
In practice, the colour screen makes menus, call information and the on-screen BLF list easier to read than on mono-screen entry phones. The GRP2610 draws just 3 W, and Grandstream designed the GRP series for providers and IT teams that provision and manage many phones centrally.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This GRP2610 has no PoE; the PoE version is the GRP2610P (sold without adapter). The BLF keys are on-screen digital keys, not physical buttons, and show status only on a phone system with BLF support. Wall mounting needs a separate mount. Not sure it suits your setup? Tell us your VoIP provider or phone system and how the desk is cabled, and we check it for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it work without a phone system?
No. Grandstream’s GRP2610 is a SIP phone: it needs a SIP account from a VoIP provider or an extension on an office IP PBX, and it connects over the computer network, not to a normal analogue phone line. Tell us which provider or phone system you use and we confirm the setup before you order.
Does it support PoE?
No. The GRP2610 runs from its power adapter, which is in the box. If you want to power phones from a PoE switch, order the GRP2610P instead.
Are the BLF keys physical buttons?
No. The GRP2610 shows up to 8 digital BLF keys on its colour screen and you navigate them with the keypad. For physical BLF keys, look at the GXP1628 or GXP1630.
What warranty do I get?
Singular gives a 1-year direct warranty on the GRP2610. Grandstream publishes a one-year warranty counted from the date its certified partner receives the product. Beyond our first year we help you with the manufacturer’s process, so you are not left to deal with it alone.
Singular Expert Insight
Choose the GRP2610 when you want a colour screen and modern GRP firmware on a two-line phone. Compared with the GRP2602 it has the colour 2.4-inch display and on-screen BLF; compared with the GXP1628 it trades physical BLF keys and Gigabit ports for the colour screen and 5-way conferencing.
