Herlitz 50044047 2-Ring Binder A4 · 16 mm · Ladylike Butterflies
A4 ring binder2 rings16 mmPP foil
The Herlitz 50044047 is a slim A4 2-ring binder covered in PP foil with the Ladylike Butterflies motif: flowers and butterflies on a dark background. With a 16 mm capacity it is meant for a moderate set of punched A4 sheets, such as notes for one school subject, recipes or household papers.
A ring binder opens anywhere in the stack, so pages can be added, removed or reordered without taking the rest out. The PP foil surface is more resistant to moisture than plain cardboard.
Before you order: Pages need two punched holes that line up with the 2-ring mechanism. Herlitz publishes the capacity as 16 mm; it does not publish a sheet count.
What's in the Box
- 1 x Herlitz 2-ring binder A4, PP foil, Ladylike Butterflies motif
- 2-ring mechanism fitted
What It Means in Practice
- 16 mm is a slim binder: good for a term of notes or a small project, not for a full archive.
- Two rings take standard two-hole punched sheets and most punched sheet protectors.
- The motif cover makes it a personal binder for students rather than a plain office file.
- PP foil can be wiped clean if it gets marked.
What Will Not Work
- It is not a lever-arch file: capacity is limited to 16 mm, so thick stacks will not close properly.
- Unpunched sheets cannot be filed on the rings; punch them or use punched pockets.
- Herlitz does not publish ring shape, outer dimensions or exact sheet capacity.
- It does not have a closure, so it is not a carry wallet for loose papers.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Slim 2-ring binders like the Herlitz 50044047 are the right size for notes that grow over a term but do not need a full lever-arch file. The butterfly motif gives it a personal look for students. For lever-arch files, flat files and labels, see our stationery range.
✓ Buy it if you want a slim, decorative A4 ring binder for notes, recipes or school work.
✕ Skip it if you need to store a large volume of paper; choose a 70 mm lever-arch file instead.
→ Also consider HERMA motif lever-arch files A4 70 mm for larger collections.
