The HERMA 19521 is an A3 elasticated folder made of translucent dark green polypropylene, with three interior flaps and elastic corner straps, for anyone who needs to carry or store loose A3 sheets — drawings, plans, posters, artwork or large-format printouts — without folding them.

HERMA describes the material as rugged, wet-wipeable and hard-wearing. Unlike a cardboard folder, a polypropylene folder does not soften if it gets damp, does not fray at the corners, and can simply be wiped clean, which makes it a good choice for school bags, workshops and sites where documents travel a lot.

• Wet-wipeable polypropylene: marker, dust or a spilled drink can be wiped off with a damp cloth.

• It is not waterproof or sealed — the sides are open under the flaps, so it protects against splashes and handling, not against rain or immersion.
• It has no punched holes or ring mechanism, so it cannot be filed in a lever arch file or ring binder.
