HERMA QR code labels A4, 40 x 40 mm, white, opaque, permanent adhesion
QR code labels40 x 40 mm600 labelsLaser · Inkjet · Copier
The HERMA 9642 is a pack of 600 white opaque square paper labels, 40 x 40 mm, supplied on 25 A4 sheets (24 per sheet) for laser printers, inkjet printers and copiers — for QR codes on packaging, flyers, product samples and asset tags.
The square 40 x 40 mm format matches the shape of a QR code, and the fully opaque paper keeps the code clear of anything printed underneath — which is what keeps scanning reliable.
What's in the Box
- 25 A4 sheets with 24 labels each — 600 labels in total
- Labels only: no printer, ink, toner or software in the pack
What It Means in Practice
- Square 40 x 40 mm — the natural shape for a QR code
- 24 labels per sheet
- Opaque: stick them over existing print without show-through
- Use HERMA's free software to create and place the QR code
What Will Not Work
- Removal without residue — this is a permanent adhesive
- Outdoor or wet use — this is a paper label
- Roll or thermal label printers (Brother P-touch, DYMO, Zebra and similar) — these are A4 sheets for desktop printers

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Square, opaque and permanent: the three things a QR label needs to scan reliably. If you also want a text line next to the code, the 80 x 40 mm version is easier to lay out. Browse the rest of our label range if you need a different size or adhesive.
✓ Buy it if you print QR codes for packaging, samples or flyers.
✕ Skip it if the code goes outdoors or on wet surfaces.
→ Also consider HERMA 9643 QR code labels 80 x 40 mm for code plus text.
