HERMA Inserts for name badges A4, 75 x 40 mm, white, made of cardboard, non-adhesive (article 9010) is a pack of 300 white cardboard inserts for name badges, 12 per A4 sheet across 25 sheets, microperforated so each 75 x 40 mm insert separates cleanly after printing.
They are made for conferences, trade fairs, training days and visitor desks: print the names straight from your office printer, tear them out and slide them into standard name badges with a clip or magnet. They can also be written on by hand for late arrivals.
Choosing the right HERMA article comes down to three things: a size that fits your text, the right adhesive and the number of inserts per sheet. This pack combines no adhesive at all with 12 per A4 sheet; if your label software lists HERMA 9010, select it and the print positions are set for you.
Before you order: measure the insert window of your badge holders first. These inserts are 75 x 40 mm; they will not fit a badge designed for a different insert size.

- 75 x 40 mm suits name plus company or role on two to three lines — the classic conference badge size.
- Use the free HERMA template for article 9010 so names land centred on each insert.
- Test-print one page on plain paper first and hold it against a card sheet in front of a light — the quickest way to check alignment before using up the pack.
- Store unused sheets flat in the original pack, away from heat and humidity, so they stay flat and feed reliably next time.
What Will Not Work
- Sticking anywhere: these inserts are non-adhesive. For stick-on name labels you need an adhesive label product.
- Badge holders with a different window size: the inserts are a fixed 75 x 40 mm format.
- Thermal and roll label printers: these are A4 card sheets for laser, inkjet and copiers only.
- Badge holders are not included — this pack contains the inserts only.
