The HERMA PREMIUM 4249 is a pack of 100 A4 sheets carrying two white matt paper labels each, 199.6 x 143.5 mm with rounded corners — 200 large permanent labels for parcel addresses, carton labels and box-front signs printed on a laser, inkjet or copier.

Each label is roughly half an A4 page, a common format for shipping labels exported from courier and e-shop systems that print two labels per page.

• HERMA states the sheets are guaranteed not to jam (TÜV SÜD tested), so you can feed them through an office laser, inkjet or copier without babysitting the tray.
• Extra-strong special laminate: the labels grip quickly and securely, and HERMA says they also hold on cool and damp surfaces such as cartons from a cold store.
• The very white matt paper gives sharp black text and clean colour on any of the three printer types.
• FSC Mix Credit paper, chlorine-free bleached, with a solvent-free adhesive — relevant if your organisation tracks sustainable office supplies.
• Typical uses: parcel and courier labels, carton contents labels, archive boxes, large product or warning notices.

• Not for outdoor use, freezers, or surfaces exposed to water or oil — this is paper. For that, choose a HERMA film or weatherproof label.
• Permanent adhesive: the label is not designed to come off cleanly. If you need to relabel shelves or files later, choose a HERMA removable (Movables) label instead.
• Not for continuous-feed dot-matrix printers or label-roll printers such as DYMO LabelWriter or Brother QL — these are A4 sheets.
• Partly used sheets: run them through the printer again only with care — exposed backing edges can lift under the heat of a laser fuser and cause problems.
