The PM45A10000000300 is a 300 dpi industrial label printer with a full touch display, fixed media hanger and real-time clock. It uses Ethernet, USB or RS-232 to receive labels from a compatible business application and supports thermal transfer and direct thermal printing. This standard full-size PM45 holds rolls up to 213 mm in diameter and ribbons up to 450 m, making it suitable for fixed warehouse and production workstations. A mains power cord is not supplied with this exact SKU.

Before you order:
Provide a suitable power cord and choose media/ribbon for the intended label. This is the wired 300 dpi configuration: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, WWAN, RFID and automatic media-handling upgrades must not be assumed from the wider PM45 family. Maximum print width is 105.7 mm, while media including liner can be 19–114 mm wide.

What It Means in Practice

  • For a warehouse batch, load the label roll, fit a matching ribbon for thermal transfer, calibrate and send the label template from your host system.
  • Direct thermal uses heat-sensitive stock without a ribbon; thermal transfer uses a ribbon matched to the label material. Both methods need suitable supplies.
  • 300 dpi is useful for small text and detailed barcodes. The 50–300 mm/s speed range must be qualified with your actual labels and layout.

What Will Not Work

  • This SKU cannot be treated as a supplied Wi-Fi/WWAN/RFID configuration.
  • A cutter or automatic peel/rewind workflow requires the relevant optional hardware.
  • A smart-printing application can be configured for host-free operation; the printer does not create your label design or business data by itself.
