HP HP 924e (4K0V0NE) is a genuine HP evomore ink cartridge in black, 25 ml, rated at approx. 1,000 pages, made for owners of HP OfficeJet Pro 8120/8130 printers who want the manufacturer's own ink rather than a compatible.

EvoMore is HP's high-capacity line: the 924e black holds twice the pages of the standard 924 black, with UL ECOLOGO and CarbonNeutral certification and 43% recycled material in the cartridge.

Original HP cartridges are recognised by the printer and the HP Smart app, so ink levels are reported correctly and you avoid the "non-HP cartridge" warnings — and the firmware updates HP printers receive can stop cartridges with cloned chips from working, which does not affect originals.

• Keep spare cartridges sealed in their box at room temperature and install them before the date printed on the packaging; an opened cartridge is best used rather than stored.
• Empty HP cartridges can be returned for free recycling through HP Planet Partners where the programme is offered.
