HP CE506A 220V Fuser Kit
Genuine HP220 V fuser150,000 pagesM551 · M575 · M570
The HP CE506A 220V Fuser Kit is the genuine HP fuser for the Color LaserJet Enterprise 500 M551 and MFP M575, the Color LaserJet CP3525 and CM3530, and the LaserJet Pro 500 color MFP M570, rated by HP for 150,000 pages. It is the 220 V version, which is the correct one for 230 V mains in Cyprus.
The fuser melts the toner into the paper with heat and pressure. When it wears, prints start to smear, toner rubs off, pages show repeating marks or creases, and the printer eventually reports a fuser error or a replace-fuser message. Replacing the fuser restores permanent, clean fixing of the image.
Before you order: Order the 220 V version only. HP sells the same fuser for 110 V countries as CE484A: it looks the same but is not suitable for Cyprus mains. HP advises checking the voltage label on the back of the installed fuser if you are unsure.
What's in the Box
- HP 220 V fuser kit (fuser assembly)
- Supplied in HP packaging for the replacement procedure
What It Means in Practice
- Replace it when the printer reports the fuser at end of life, or when toner smears or rubs off the page.
- HP rates the fuser at 150,000 pages. Heavy media, labels and high-coverage colour pages wear it faster.
- The fuser runs very hot. Switch the printer off and let it cool before removing the old unit.
- After fitting the new fuser, reset the fuser counter from the control panel as HP describes for your model.
What Will Not Work
- It will not work in 110 V printers or as a substitute for the 110 V CE484A.
- It is not the fuser for the A3 Color LaserJet M750 or M775, which use the HP CE978A 220 V fuser kit.
- It will not fix colour streaks caused by toner cartridges or the transfer belt.
- It does not include toner, transfer belt or tray rollers.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know it is the fuser and not the toner?
Fuser wear shows as toner that smears or rubs off, glossy or uneven patches and repeating marks, plus fuser messages on the printer. Toner problems usually show as faded or streaked colour on one colour only.
Is 220 V correct for Cyprus?
Yes. Cyprus uses 230 V mains, which needs the 220 V fuser. The 110 V version (CE484A) is for other markets.
Can I install it myself?
The fuser is a user-replaceable part on these printers. Always let the printer cool first, then follow the HP procedure for your model.
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
On the M551, M575 and M570 the fuser is the main scheduled wear part besides toner. When prints start to smear or the printer counts down to fuser end of life, a genuine 220 V kit is the safe fix: an incorrect 110 V unit is the most common ordering mistake. See more genuine parts in our
printer accessories range.
✓ Buy it if you run one of the listed Color LaserJet models in Cyprus and the printer reports the fuser at end of life or smears toner.
✕ Skip it if your printer is a 110 V unit, or the fault is colour streaks from a toner cartridge.
→ Also consider replacement toner cartridges for the same printer if they are also close to empty.
