The Poly Studio V12 USB Video Bar (No Power Supply) (part number A9DD8AA#AC3) is an all-in-one USB video bar for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces, combining a 4K 20 MP camera with a 120° field of view, four microphones and stereo speakers. Connect it to a laptop or room PC over USB-C and use it with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and other video platforms. DirectorAI framing automatically frames the speaker, individual people or the whole group, while NoiseBlockAI removes typing and other background noise from the call.
Compatibility Note: This SKU ships without a power supply. Power the V12 with a PoE++ injector or switch port, or with a compatible power adapter, bought separately. Plan for about a 4.57 m microphone pickup range, which suits small rooms.

Key Features
4K camera with DirectorAI framing
The 20 MP 4K camera with a 120° horizontal view fits the whole table in small rooms. DirectorAI switches between speaker, people and group framing automatically, so remote participants always see who is talking.
NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence
Four MEMS microphones pick up voices up to 4.57 m away. NoiseBlockAI removes keyboard and background noise, and Acoustic Fence limits sound from outside the meeting area.
Stereo speakers in the bar
Two 5 W stereo speakers (100 Hz–20 kHz) deliver clear far-end audio without separate room speakers.
Flexible connectivity
2x USB-C and 2x USB-A (5 Gbps), Gigabit Ethernet with PoE++, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0. It is managed with Poly Lens for updates and settings.

Singular Expert Insight
The Studio V12 is a strong choice for turning a small room into a certified Teams or Zoom space with one USB cable: 4K camera, automatic framing and good noise suppression in a single bar. Budget for PoE++ or a power adapter, as none is included. See our video conferencing range for room kits and larger bars.
✓ Buy it if you want a single USB bar for a huddle room with automatic framing and a laptop or room PC.
✕ Skip it if your room is larger than about 4–5 m deep or you need a standalone appliance that runs meetings without a PC.
→ Also consider a Poly Studio room kit for larger rooms, or a webcam and headset for single-person desks.
