A three-screen desk arm with a gas-spring column and ICY BOX’s Smart Torque Adjust, so each monitor holds where you leave it once the tension is set. Each display can be up to 30 inches and 1 to 7 kg, and the arm reaches out to 670 mm with 280 mm of height travel.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Read the weight line carefully, because it works in both directions. The published range is 1 to 7 kg per monitor — there is a minimum as well as a maximum, and a very light 22 inch panel can sit under it, in which case the spring pushes the arm up. ICY BOX does not publish a combined total for all three, only the per-screen figure. Mounting is clamp for desks 10 to 50 mm or feed-through for 10 to 45 mm; note the feed-through is the narrower of the two, which is the opposite of what most people assume. The VESA adapters are 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm and removable, which makes hanging three screens a one-person job. One thing to be certain about before ordering: this model has no ports in the base. If you want USB and audio at the desk, the model to ask for is the IB-MS505-TI — a different part number, not an option on this one.

Gas spring with Smart Torque Adjust
Tension is set once per screen and the arm then stays put through the day rather than drifting. Height travel is 280 mm, with the arm reaching a maximum of 465 mm above the desk.
 
Three independent screens
Each arm pivots on its own — VESA plate rotates +/- 90 degrees and tilts +90 to -45, the joint pivots +/- 180 and the base +/- 90. The outer screens angle inward without moving the centre one.
 
Removable VESA adapters

Will it take three 27 inch monitors?
Yes, up to 30 inches each, provided every screen is between 1 and 7 kg. A 27 in panel is typically 4 to 6 kg, so it fits comfortably. Check the weight in your monitor’s specification rather than guessing from the size.
Why is there a minimum weight?
Because it is a gas spring. Below about a kilogram there is not enough load to hold the arm down and it rises on its own. Very light or panel-only displays are the ones to watch. Send us the model and we will check it.
Does the base have USB ports?
No. This one has none. The IB-MS505-TI is the version with USB and audio in the base — a separate part number that we can also supply, so ask for it by name rather than assuming it is the same arm.
My desk is 60 mm thick. Will it fit?
No — the clamp covers 10 to 50 mm and the feed-through 10 to 45 mm. A thicker desk needs a different arm or a feed-through hole drilled where the top is thinner. Measure at the point where the arm will sit, not at the middle.
