Inca Empousa INC-614GMS — 5-Fan Gaming Laptop Cooling Pad
5 Cooling FansBlue LED Lighting9–17 Inch Laptops5 Height Positions
The Inca Empousa INC-614GMS is a black, USB-powered gaming laptop cooling pad designed for notebooks measuring 9 to 17 inches. Its five-fan cooling system combines one central 100mm fan with four additional 70mm fans, providing airflow beneath a compatible laptop. Blue LED illumination complements the gaming-oriented appearance, while a five-position adjustable stand allows the laptop to be raised between approximately 6.5° and 40°. The cooling pad also features an integrated mobile phone holder, two USB 2.0 ports and an ABS-and-aluminium construction. It is suitable for users seeking additional laptop ventilation and a more adjustable desktop working position.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Laptop compatibility: Inca specifies notebooks from 9 to 17 inches. Check the actual laptop dimensions against the cooling pad's 390 × 265mm footprint and ensure the laptop can rest securely on the support surface. Power: the cooling system requires a 5V USB power connection, with current consumption specified below 1000mA. A USB cable is included. Lighting: the five fans feature blue LED illumination; this is not an RGB or addressable RGB lighting system. Cooling: the pad supplies additional external airflow but cannot guarantee a specific temperature reduction. Results depend on laptop ventilation placement, workload and environmental conditions. The two USB 2.0 connections should not be mistaken for high-speed USB 3.x ports.
Best For
✓ Gaming laptops with underside ventilation
✓ Notebook computers from 9 to 17 inches
✓ Extended desk-based laptop sessions
✓ Adjustable laptop viewing angles
✓ Gaming setups with blue LED accessories
✓ Users wanting an integrated phone holder
Key Features
Five-fan cooling arrangement
The Empousa combines one 100mm central fan with four 70mm auxiliary fans. Inca specifies 2600 RPM for the larger fan and 1400 RPM for each smaller fan. The arrangement distributes airflow across several areas of the laptop's underside rather than concentrating all cooling in one location.
Blue LED gaming illumination
All five cooling fans feature blue LED lighting, providing a consistent illuminated appearance beneath the laptop during use. The manufacturer identifies fixed blue LED illumination rather than multicolour RGB effects or software-controlled lighting.
Five adjustable height and angle positions
The supporting frame offers five adjustment levels spanning approximately 6.5° to 40°. Users can select a different laptop viewing angle according to their desk arrangement, helping raise the display and create additional ventilation space underneath the notebook.
Integrated mobile phone holder
A dedicated mobile phone support accessory provides a convenient position for a smartphone beside the laptop. This is useful when keeping a phone visible for notifications or reference while working or gaming. The holder is a passive support and does not provide phone charging.
Two USB 2.0 ports and USB power
The cooling pad includes two USB 2.0 ports and operates using 5V USB power. A USB cable is supplied with the product. The additional connections provide convenient USB connectivity around the stand, although they are not intended as a substitute for a high-speed USB docking station.
ABS and aluminium construction
The Empousa combines ABS plastic with aluminium in a black desktop cooling stand measuring 390 × 265 × 35mm. At 850g, it provides a substantial working surface without requiring a separate mains-powered cooling system. The manufacturer specifies an operating noise level of 26–30dBA.

Singular Expert Insight
The main appeal of the Inca Empousa INC-614GMS is its combination of five cooling fans, adjustable laptop elevation and a dedicated phone holder. The central 100mm fan works alongside four 70mm fans to distribute airflow beneath the notebook. Unlike cooling pads with one large fan, this configuration provides multiple airflow locations, although the actual cooling effect still depends on the position of the laptop's ventilation openings. The five height settings are another practical advantage, allowing the screen angle to be adjusted between approximately 6.5° and 40°. Buyers should note that the fans have fixed blue LED illumination rather than multicolour RGB lighting. The published noise level is 26–30dBA, and power is supplied through USB at 5V. The two USB 2.0 connections and integrated phone holder provide additional desk convenience, but this is not a full docking station or charging hub. For a 9–17-inch laptop requiring additional underside ventilation and an adjustable working angle, the Empousa is a useful option, provided the laptop dimensions and USB power connection are suitable.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if
You need a USB-powered cooling pad for a 9–17-inch laptop, prefer five blue LED fans, want adjustable height and would benefit from the built-in phone holder and USB ports.
Skip it if
Your laptop is larger than the supported 17-inch range, you require RGB colour-changing fans, or you prefer a passive laptop stand without fan noise or USB power requirements.
Also consider
A single-large-fan laptop cooling stand if you prefer a different airflow pattern, or an adjustable passive stand if screen elevation matters more than active cooling and LED lighting.
