Intellinet 741361 Cat 7 / Cat 6A S/FTP Patch Cable, 1 m, White

Cat 7 raw cable · 600 MHzCat 6A RJ45 plugsS/FTP 26 AWG copperLSZH · 1 m white

The Intellinet 741361 is a 1 m white S/FTP network patch cable built on Cat 7 raw cable rated to 600 MHz and terminated with Cat 6A RJ45 plugs, for 10 Gbps links in racks, offices and home labs. Part number 741361 (EAN 0766623741361) uses 100 % copper 26 AWG pairs, an aluminium-Mylar foil around every pair plus an overall braid, and a low-smoke zero-halogen jacket.

Gold-plated contacts and a snagless moulded boot make it a clean short jumper between patch panels, network switches and servers. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Before you buy
The RJ45 plugs are Cat 6A, so the finished link is a Cat 6A (Class EA, 500 MHz) channel, not a Cat 7 channel — the 600 MHz rating applies to the raw cable only. Intellinet publishes no PoE class for this cord. For full shielding benefit, both ends should plug into shielded (metal-bodied) RJ45 ports that are properly earthed.

Key Features

Cat 7 raw cable, Cat 6A plugs
600 MHz-rated S/FTP cable with Cat 6A modular plugs gives generous headroom for 10GBASE-T over short patch lengths.

Full S/FTP shielding
Each pair is foil-wrapped and the whole bundle is braided, cutting crosstalk and outside interference in dense racks.

LSZH, gold contacts, snagless boot
Low-smoke zero-halogen jacket, gold-plated contacts and a moulded boot that protects the latch from snagging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Intellinet 741361 support 10 Gigabit Ethernet?
Yes. It is rated for 10/100/1000/10000 Mbit/s, and at 1 m it has ample margin for 10GBASE-T between a switch, patch panel or 10 GbE network card.
Is the 741361 a true Cat 7 cable?
The raw cable is Cat 7 (600 MHz), but the plugs are Cat 6A RJ45, so the link performs as Cat 6A. That is normal for RJ45 Cat 7 cords, because genuine Cat 7 channels need GG45 or TERA connectors.
What is the difference between the 741361 and the other Intellinet 1 m colours?
Only the jacket colour. The grey 740678, black 740685, white 741361, blue 740722, yellow 740708 and green 740715 share the same construction, so you can colour-code VLANs, uplinks or PoE ports without changing performance.
Singular Expert Insight
Choose the 741361 when you want the extra shielding and headroom of Cat 7 raw cable in a short, colour-coded jumper for network switches and patch panels. If you only need standard Cat 6A performance, the DIGITUS DK-1644-A-010 series is an equally capable S/FTP alternative; for longer runs the same Intellinet cable is available in 10 m (for example 740746 yellow).

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if
You need a 1 m shielded jumper for 10 Gbps, want LSZH for an office or rack, and like colour coding.
Skip it if
You need a specified PoE class, a true Cat 7 channel (GG45/TERA) or a longer run than 1 m.
