The 14401-51 is the Convertible replacement headset for the Jabra Engage SE family. It is a spare part, not a complete product: you buy it when an existing Engage SE headset is lost, damaged or worn out, or when you want a second earpiece to share one base for conference calls. Jabra lists it as compatible with the Engage 45 SE, Engage 55 SE, Engage 65 SE and Engage 75 SE, in the Convertible wearing style only. The box holds the headset, one ear-hook and one ear gel — there is no base station, no USB DECT adapter, no charging stand and no power supply, because the system you already own supplies all of those.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is the SE-generation spare and it does not cross to the older Engage range. It registers to an Engage 45 SE, 55 SE, 65 SE or 75 SE. The earlier Engage 65 and Engage 75 without SE use a different replacement headset, and a customer with a non-SE base who orders this one will find it will not pair. It is also Convertible only. If your Engage SE system is the Mono or the Stereo version, the matching spares are 14401-41 and 14401-46 respectively — order this one and you are left without a headband. It does not work on its own. There is no Bluetooth and no standalone mode: the headset must be registered to an Engage SE base, or to the Link 400 DECT adapter of an Engage 45 SE or 55 SE system that you already have. Tell us which Engage system you run and we will confirm the right spare before you order.

You run an Engage 45 SE, 55 SE, 65 SE or 75 SE in the Convertible style and you need a spare or a second earpiece. You keep your base, your adapter and your charging stand, and you pay only for the part that wears out.
Skip it if
You do not already own an Engage SE system — on its own this earpiece does nothing, because there is no base and no dongle in the box. Skip it too if your system is the Mono or Stereo version, or if your Engage is the older non-SE generation, which uses a different spare.
Also consider
14401-41 for the Mono spare and 14401-46 for the Stereo spare. A complete Jabra Engage 55 SE or Engage 65 SE if you are replacing a whole desk rather than one earpiece. The separate Engage headband and neckband accessories if you need the other wearing styles.
