Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex — folding stereo headset with hybrid ANC, the Jabra Link 390c adapter and a wireless charging pad
Hybrid ANC with HearThroughUp to 20 hours talk time136 g, folds into the pouchWireless charging pad included
The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex (26699-999-889) is a folding stereo Bluetooth headset with hybrid active noise cancellation, built for people who work in more than one place. It collapses flat into the supplied pouch, weighs 136 g, and pairs to two devices at once so a laptop call and a mobile call can share the same headset. This order code is the Certified for Microsoft Teams build with the Jabra Link 390c USB-C Bluetooth adapter, and it includes the wireless charging pad. Hybrid ANC quietens the room around you while Jabra ClearVoice technology and an array of analog and digital MEMS microphones keep your voice clean at the other end. A 360-degree busylight tells the people near you that you are on a call.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This headset has no wired audio mode. The USB-C cable in the box charges it; it does not carry sound. Everything — calls, music, meetings — goes over Bluetooth, which means the Jabra Link 390c adapter is not an optional extra but the way you get the certified, plug-and-play experience on a computer. The adapter is USB-C on this code and cannot be swapped inside the box. A USB-A-only desktop will need a hub or a port adapter. This is the Microsoft Teams certified build; the UC build has a different order code and different adapter firmware. And the wireless charging pad is for the headset. Jabra publishes no Qi certification for it, so do not plan on using it to charge a phone.
Best For
✓ Hybrid workers who carry the headset between home, office and travel
✓ Open-plan desks where hybrid ANC actually earns its keep
✓ People who split calls between a laptop and a mobile
✓ Meeting-heavy roles that need a headset in a bag, not on a desk
✓ Teams standardising on Jabra with Jabra Direct management
✓ Anyone who wants a busylight visible from every angle
✓ Users who charge by dropping the headset on a pad rather than plugging in
✓ Frequent flyers who want ANC for the flight as well as the office
Key Features
Hybrid ANC and HearThrough
Hybrid active noise cancellation quietens the room around you; HearThrough lets the room back in without taking the headset off, which is what you want when someone walks up to your desk or an announcement plays.
Folds flat and travels
At 136 g with a collapsible headband, it goes into the supplied pouch rather than taking up a whole bag. That is the difference between the Flex and the standard Evolve2 65, which does not fold.
Six microphones and ClearVoice
Two analog MEMS and four digital MEMS microphones work with Jabra ClearVoice technology across 20 Hz to 10 kHz, so your voice carries and the office behind you does not.
A full day, then a pad
Up to 20 hours of talk time with ANC and busylight off, up to 15 hours with both on, and up to 32 hours of music. A full charge takes about two hours, and fifteen minutes gives roughly six hours back.

Singular Expert Insight
The word to watch on this model is Flex. The Evolve2 65 Flex and the Evolve2 65 are different headsets wearing almost the same name: the Flex folds, weighs less and has hybrid ANC, while the standard 65 has bigger drivers, a longer battery and no noise cancellation whatsoever. If a customer asks for the 65 because a colleague recommended it, ask which one they actually saw — both sit together in Office & VoIP Headsets. Within the Flex range itself, three digits decide the box: UC against Microsoft Teams, USB-A against USB-C for the Link 390 adapter, and whether the wireless charging pad is included. This code is MS Teams, USB-C, with the pad. The pad-less siblings look identical on a price list and are a common mis-order, so for multi-unit orders send us the codes and we will check them. One honest limitation to plan around: there is no wired audio mode at all, so a flat battery means no headset. If people routinely forget to charge, a DECT model that lives on a base, or a wired option from Headphones, is the safer specification.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want ANC and portability in one headset: hybrid noise cancellation for the open-plan floor, 136 g that folds into a pouch for the commute, two devices connected at once, and a charging pad so it tops up by being put down.
Skip it if
You need a headset that keeps working with a flat battery — there is no wired audio mode here at all. Skip it too if you want the biggest possible battery and never leave your desk, where the non-folding Evolve2 65 does better, or if you expected the pad to charge your phone.
Also consider
Jabra Evolve2 75 for a bigger 40 mm driver, an eight-microphone array and a desk charging stand. Jabra Evolve2 65 if you want maximum battery life at a fixed desk and do not need ANC. Jabra Engage 55 SE if secure DECT and long range matter more than noise cancellation.
