Compatibility — check before buying:
There is no 3.5 mm jack and no wired audio at all. The USB cable in the box charges the headset and the desk stand charges it too, but neither carries sound — every call runs over Bluetooth or the Jabra Link 390a adapter. If you need an analog connection for a recorder, a codec or an aircraft seat, the Evolve2 85 is the model in this family that has one. The adapter is USB-A on this code and cannot be swapped. A USB-C-only laptop needs a hub or a port adapter. This is the Microsoft Teams certified build, with the Teams behaviour set in firmware; the UC build is a separate order code.
