Jabra lists it in its Cisco compatibility guide as Connector cable (QD-Jack 2.5mm) for Cisco SPA 303, SPA 501G/502G, SPA 504G/508G, SPA 509G, SPA 512G/514G, SPA 525G/525G2, SPA 921/922, SPA 941/942 and SPA 962.

Before you order: This is a 2.5 mm jack cable, not an RJ cord. Phones with an RJ headset port need an RJ cord instead (e.g. Jabra 8800-01-37 for Cisco IP).
