The Jabra Evolve Leatherette Ear Cushions (14101-46) are original replacement pads for the Jabra Evolve 20 SE, Evolve 30, Evolve 30 II, Evolve 40, Evolve 65 and Evolve 65 SE office headsets, supplied as a pack of 10 for offices that maintain several headsets.
After months of daily calls the leatherette on an Evolve cushion cracks and peels, the foam inside flattens and the headset feels harder and leaks more sound. Swapping in new cushions makes a used headset comfortable again and gives it a hygienic restart when it passes to a new colleague.
Before you order: One cushion shape covers Evolve 20 SE, 30, 30 II, 40, 65 and 65 SE. Evolve 75, Evolve 80 and every Evolve2 model use different cushions — check the model printed on the headband before ordering.

What It Means in Practice
- A stereo Evolve uses two cushions, a mono uses one — so the pack refreshes five stereo or ten mono headsets.
- Cushions twist off and on by hand; the headset keeps its settings and does not need to be reconnected.

What Will Not Work
- Jabra Evolve 75 and Evolve 80 — different, larger cushions (Evolve 80 uses 14101-41).
- Jabra Evolve2 30, 40, 50, 65, 75, 85 — each Evolve2 model has its own cushion.
- Evolve 65e and 65t — those are in-ear designs that use ear gels, not cushions.
