The kabelmeister SKA-1405S is a compact IEC power adapter with a C14 plug on one side and a C5 'cloverleaf' (Mickey Mouse) socket on the other. It lets you power a device that has a C6 cloverleaf inlet — typically a laptop power brick or small monitor — from a standard C13 kettle-plug cord or a C13 outlet on a PDU or UPS.
Instead of buying a new cord, you keep using the C13 cable or PDU outlet you already have. The adapter is rated for 2.5 A at 250 V, which matches the rating of C5/C6 connectors.
Before you order: Check your device's inlet before ordering: C6 has three round holes in a cloverleaf shape. Two-pin 'figure-8' (C7/C8) devices need a different adapter.
