Lenovo / Kensington NanoSaver Twin Head Nano/MS 2.0 — one cable, two devices
Twin-head cable lockNano Slot + K-Slot2.4 m steel cable2 keys included
The Lenovo 4XE1B81919 is the Kensington NanoSaver Twin Head Nano/MS 2.0 cable lock: a keyed security cable with two lock heads, so one 2.4 m carbon-steel cable secures two devices — typically a thin laptop with a Nano Security Slot and a monitor or docking station with a standard Kensington K-Slot.
One head uses Kensington NanoSaver with Cleat locking for the small Nano slot found on modern thin ThinkPads and other ultrabooks; the second is a MicroSaver 2.0 head with T-bar locking for the standard K-Slot. Both heads are 10 mm in diameter, use the same key and include Hidden Pin anti-pick technology. The cable pivots and rotates, so it does not twist the device or block nearby ports.
Before you order: Check the slot on each device before ordering: one head fits a Nano Security Slot, the other a standard K-Slot. Neither head fits a Noble Wedge slot or a Kensington Wedge slot.
What's in the Box
- Kensington NanoSaver Twin Head Nano/MS 2.0 cable lock with 2.4 m cable
- 2 user keys
What It Means in Practice
- Lock a laptop and its monitor or dock to the desk with one cable and one key.
- The 2.4 m cable reaches from a desk leg to two devices on a wide desk.
- Keyed lock: no combination to forget, and each lock ships with two keys.
- The pivoting, rotating heads let the cable hang naturally without stressing the slot.
What Will Not Work
- It does not fit Noble Wedge or Kensington Wedge slots — only Nano Security Slot and standard K-Slot.
- It is not a master-keyed lock; keys are unique to this lock.
- It does not lock USB ports or protect data — it is an anti-theft cable.
- It will not secure a device that has no security slot at all.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Twin-head locks make sense when a laptop and an expensive monitor or dock sit on the same desk: one cable, one key, two devices. The decisive check is the slot type on each device. If you are setting up hot desks with
docking stations, this is the lock to pair with them.
✓ Buy it if you want to secure a thin laptop with a Nano slot plus a second device with a K-Slot using one cable.
✕ Skip it if your devices have Wedge slots, or you need a master-keyed system for a whole office.
→ Also consider a single-head Kensington lock for one device, or a USB port lock to protect data as well as hardware.
Not sure which slot your devices have? Send us the models and we will check before you order.
